300 Hour Training:
This training is designed for the 200 hour graduate who wants to know more! In the yoga world 500 hours of training is revered as a testament to your love of yoga and dedication to your craft of teaching. These two trainings combined will accomplish that.
This training will dive deeper in to the teaching of yoga. Ideally you will have some yoga teaching experience between trainings, but it's not required. With deeper study, knowledge of more advanced techniques, you'll be prepared for a more knowledgeable teaching platform including leading workshops and retreats. Again, it's not required that you are teaching yoga now or ever plan to. This is an amazing experience for anyone wanting to know more about the practice of yoga. Please note: this training program is in the process of acceptance to Yoga Alliance. It will be accredited by YA before the training commences.
This program is 270 hours of class time and 30+ hours of homework, research and projects on your own.
Formatted over 3 ten day modules.
Modules 1 & 2 are scheduled for August 2019.
Friday, August 9 - Sunday, August 18
Friday, August 23 - Saturday, August 31
Three Intensives must be completed for certification.
Each full day will have Lunch and Dinner breaks, as well as early dismissals and late starts from time to time. The purpose is to be sure you have the time blocked off to fully immerse yourself in the training program - while still practicing self care.
Module 3 to take place in Summer 2020. (Please see Daily Schedule Here.) The months between will include bimonthly video meetings, regular check-ins and reading assignments. Also a practicum and research on your subject of choice.
Prerequisites:
Anyone with a 200 hour training certification from any Yoga school.
